Synopsis: Roxy, a guitar-playing hedgehog, and Ronald, a fact-loving pig, are best friends on a musical walking adventure to discover WOWS in the world and experience AWE on this beautiful planet they call home. They’ve dubbed their epic journey a Wowsabout—a quest for fun, wonder, and connection.

The series will kick off with an exciting special on PBS Kids when Roxy and Ronald meet at Sequoia National Park for their very first Wowsabout adventure.  Wowsabout will be the first preschool series to showcase the emotion of awe. Research shows that awe transforms us, making us feel part of something bigger and motivating connection, conversation, and caring-action. Roxy and Ronald will experiencie the 8 WONDERS OF AWE, as categorized by Dacher Keltner,and the UC Berkeley Greater Good Science Center: Transcendence, Big Ideas, Nature, The LifeCycle, Moral Beauty, Visual Design, Collective Effervescence, and Music. The series blends humor with stunning cinematography to highlight awe-filled experiences. Roxy,Ronald, and kids will inspire and dream up Wowsabouts together!
